- All of Modern Enrichment's Programs run year round therefore your child will remain enrolled until a cancelation notice has been received, via phone or e-mail, prior to the next month's payment being processed.
- Program Enrollment Payments are automatically processed via credit card on the 1st of every month
Each program plan is based on an average of four classes per month. Please NOTE: some months have five weeks and some have three weeks.
Make up classes will not be held for child absences. Refunds are not issued if a child is absent during the scheduled class.
- If Enrollment occurs mid-month, payment will automatically be pro rated for that month.
- A $35 annual registration fee will be charged on the date of enrollment.
- A $15 late fee will be added for monthly program payments not collected by the 10th of each month.
- All major holidays mentioned in our calendar page have been factored into the monthly membership costs.
- We'd be sad to see you go! However, if you must cancel, all cancelations must be submitted before the 1st of the new month. Please call or email us: Hello@MyModernEnrichment.com or 1-800-260-2105
- If the cancelation notice is received after the 1st, that month's payment will be your final fee. A cancelation fee will not be charged.
- No refunds will be given so mark your calendars in advance if you need to drop!
Make Up Classes
- If your child's Instructor is unable to attend class, a make up class will be scheduled in cooperation with your child's school. An e-mail notice will be sent to notify you.
- In the event of inclement weather, make up classes will not be held if your child's facility is closed.
Inclement weather examples are extreme heat, cold, or flooded roads which prohibit us to arrive to your school.
